Deposit:

Deposit is a $50 Non Refundable Retainer.

Balance Due:

Your balance is due at the end of your session. You can make payment via cash, Zelle, Paypal or Apple Pay.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS:

If you arrive late, we shoot less. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we consider it a no-show, your session is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. If you don’t show up, your session is cancelled and you forfeit your deposit.

Studio Space:

A client is required to book the studio following the deposit that is made. If the client does not have a studio in mind, the photographer can give a couple of suggestions.

Props:

Props are welcomed but not provided for any photoshoot.

RESCHEDULING:

We offer one complimentary reschedule per session provided if you give us 72 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 60 days of your original date. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice is considered a cancellation and your deposit is forfeited. If you must reschedule a second time, your original deposit will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULING (WEATHER):

If conditions prevent us from shooting outside we can either reschedule or the client can book a studio. Location and weather-related rescheduling are at the discretion of the photographer.

RESHOOTS & REFUNDS:

We do not offer reshoots, revisions or refunds other than for technical failures or malfunctions that prevent us from delivering the agreed upon number of technically proficient images in clear focus.

WHAT YOU’RE PURCHASING:

You’re purchasing our experience, our expertise and a license to use your images for an agreed upon length time and in a specific manner, typically for professional use. We retain ownership of and reserve all copyrights on our images in perpetuity.

CREATIVE AESTHETICS:

DeMontre has a definite style of shooting that is clearly reflected in his online portfolio and our promotional material. If you’re looking for something different, it’s probably best to work with a different photographer.

RETOUCHING:

The following retouching is included in your package: lens correction, color correction, exposure balancing, removal of stray hairs from the skin, removal of non-permanent marks on the skin (such as mild acne) and our proprietary enhancement of your eyes and skin tone. Additional retouching beyond these items will incur an additional fee. We WILL NOT alter, enhance or otherwise distort your body or face in any way, so please don't ask.

STANDARD MODEL RELEASE:

When you work with us, you automatically grant us the right to use and publish all photographs, pictures, portraits or images captured in any and all forms of media (known and in the future) and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, including those generated by artificial intelligence, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (in both hard and soft formats) and any lawful uses as we may determine. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you have the right to do so and indemnify us of any litigation arising out of such use.

Final Images:

We do not send unedited images to our clients. Not only are we looking for the best photos of you and everyone involved, we’re also scouring the background to make sure you are well-represented. In addition to a photographer's style of shooting being signature, our editing and storytelling is just as much a part of our work. It is what you, the client, receives after the session and what the world sees as our "portfolio”. Not only will seeing unedited images floating around with our name on it make us seem like a bad photographer to the world, we know for a fact that you will probably be unhappy with those photos since they didn't get the full treatment with an expert eye. We want to offer and display only our best work in a style and manner that is consistent with the brand we are trying to achieve.
